Do I need WhatsApp Business API or a special account?

For the Business AI Setup, no. You only need the WhatsApp Business app that any business can download for free. For the Custom Agent, we access the WhatsApp Cloud API — we handle all the technical setup, you just provide the phone number.

How do I know the agent will respond correctly?

Before launch, we run 30+ real conversation tests. If the agent makes a mistake, we adjust the knowledge base until it responds perfectly. We don't launch anything until you're 100% satisfied with the responses.

Can the agent connect to my existing systems (Google Calendar, Shopify, CRM)?

Yes — that's the difference between Business AI Setup and the Custom Agent. The custom-coded agent connects to your real tools: it can create calendar appointments, check stock, register leads in your CRM and more. All in real time, with no human intervention.

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes. We work with 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we can arrange 3 installments. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and crypto (USDT/USDC).

What happens when my business information changes (prices, services, hours)?

That's what the monthly retainer is for. Keeping the agent's knowledge up to date is part of maintenance. Without regular updates, the agent starts giving outdated information. Our monthly plan ensures it's always current and improving.
